Gedling Homes’ Neighbourhood Management Model (NMM) was introduced in April 2010 after full consultation with our customers. Our aim was to provide a clear information about the different types of estate based housing management functions that we provide. We work in all the neighbourhoods where we have properties, or own land that we are responsible for.
