Tenant Reward Scheme - Just Rewards
What is “Just Rewards”?
Just Rewards is the new name of our Tenant Reward Scheme.
How does the scheme work?
The new scheme now recognises those tenants who have not breached any of their tenancy conditions, which includes their rent account. This means tenants, including those in receipt of Housing Benefit, must have a rent account that is in credit, have a clear balance or have
an up-to-date payment plan. In addition there must be no complaints such as causing noise/nuisance or having an untidy garden.
All tenants who qualify will be entered in a 4-monthly prize draw. These are to be held during the first week of April, August and December.
What are the rewards?
In April there will be the chance for one tenant to win
either garden maintenance work to the value of £200
or High Street vouchers to the value of £200
or the use of our handyman for half a day
In August the choice of prizes will be the same as those in April.
For December, in the build up to Christmas, there will be two cash prizes of £100.
