housing policy/strategy and regeneration. He lived with his parents in Council accommodation
in the 1950’s to 70’s and was a tenant himself in the 1970’s at a time when there
was strong community spirit but, in his view inadequate estate management. Paul,
a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, feels he has a good appreciation
of the issues facing tenants and would bring good problem solving skills and challenge
to the organisation. Paul lives in Derbyshire and is married with two children.
