Meet The Staff!

Our staff

Gedling Homes has nearly 50 staff based at Gedling House and 3 based at our Customer Contact Centre in the Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold. There are also 30 staff working in our sheltered housing schemes throughout the area. Follow this link to see our structure.


Our management team

Lynn Clayton Lynn Clayton - Managing Director
Lynn Clayton is the Managing Director of Gedling Homes and is also a member of the New Charter Group Management Team. Lynn is based at Gedling House but spends some of her time at the Group Head Office at Cavendish House in Ashton-under-Lyne. As Head of Housing Services at Gedling Borough Council, Lynn successfully led the Stock Transfer Team through to Gedling Homes being created in November 2008. Lynn has worked in the housing sector since 1987, gaining a wealth of experience across all service areas. She holds a BSC in Housing Studies and a Masters in Business Administration. Lynn is passionate about housing and delivering excellent customer service.


Jason Cannon Jason Cannon - Head of Investment and Responsive Maintenance
Jason has worked for Gedling Homes since January 2009. He brings 19 years experience of working within the housing sector in all aspects of responsive maintenance and major improvement programmes.

In his role of Head of Investment and Responsive Maintenance, Jason is responsible for the delivery of the investment promises made to our customers, including the delivery of the £41.9 million improvement programme. He always ensures that customers are at the heart of our investment decisions and that our customers’ views shape the services that Gedling Homes provide.


Vicki Whittaker-Stokes Vicki Whittaker-Stokes - Head of Customer Experience
Vicki Whittaker-Stokes is pleased to take on a new role at Gedling Homes as Head of Customer Experience. Vicki has a wealth of experience across all areas of housing, and enjoys the challenges that they bring. She is passionate about giving a good customer experience and ensuring that we treat people fairly.

Vicki leads two teams – Customer Experience, which looks at service improvement and tenant involvement, and Revenues. Both teams are dedicated to ensuring that they provide GREAT homes, in GREAT neighbourhoods.


Jacquie Beacroft Jacquie Beacroft – Head of Neighbourhoods
Jacquie has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience across all aspects of housing. Jacquie originally worked for Gedling Borough Council and moved to Gedling Homes following stock transfer.

As Head of Neighbourhoods Jacquie has responsibility for Supported Housing, Tenancy Services and Re-lets. She is committed to providing our customers with GREAT homes in GREAT neighbourhoods by promoting partnership working and creating sustainable communities.
