Gedling Homes is committed to consulting with our tenants on all aspects of our service. By seeking the views of our residents we will ensure that we provide the best possible services to all our tenants.
Consultation Corner is where Gedling Homes will be introducing all our new policies, procedures and other documents for tenants to look at. It is also where we will carry out online consultation with tenants.
So why not have a look at the documents on this site and if you have any comments which you would like to make in relation to any document then please complete the attached form.
Your views are important to us.

Over the summer Gedling Homes is running a number of events to consult
with our tenants on two important documents which directly affect you.
The first document is the Resident Involvement Statement which will set
out how we will ensure that you, our tenants, have the opportunity to
become involved in influencing the services we offer. The second
document is the Neighbourhood Management Model which sets out how we
will deliver our estate management function; this is how often we visit
your estates, how we tackle Anti-Social Behaviour and how we will engage
with the younger members of our communities.
We are keen to get the opinions of as many of our tenants as possible
which is why we have devised two short questionnaires for you to fill in
online. All tenants will also be invited to one of the four
consultation events we are running where staff will be on hand to
discuss the documents in detail. If you are unable to attend one of
these events but would still like to have your say then please fill in
our online questionnaires.
The views and opinions of our tenants is important to Gedling Homes and
we would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete these
questionnaires to help us improve our services to you.
