Applying for a home
Changes in the way we let our homes
From April 2011 we are changing the way we let our homes. All our properties will be let through a Choice Based Lettings scheme which will be operated jointly by Gedling, Broxtowe and Rushcliffe Borough Councils. This means that all vacant properties will be advertised and applicants will have to bid for any property that they are interested in. We are writing to all existing applicants to tell them about the changes that are coming there way.
